Return/Exchange Policy:

Defective items are to be returned to the manufacturer (Secure Computing) within 30 days of the invoice date. All other items purchased at SCDefense.com may be returned to SCDefense.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, pursuant to the terms below:

• License return policy: License codes may be returned only if unused. Once a code has been registered to a device, it may not be returned, no exceptions.
• RMA: Please ensure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling (888)785-4406 or by contacting our sales team at sales@SCDefense.com before returning your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless the return is a result of our mistake. If the return is a result of our mistake we will reimburse you for the least expensive shipping method.  Please securely pack items and insure all return shipments. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
• Original Shipping: Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items unless the return is a result of our mistake. 
• Incomplete Returns: A refund will not be issued for incomplete returns. All items returned must be 100 percent complete. They must contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You must also return any promotional/free items you may have received along with your device(s) (exclusion of such items from your return will result in a decrease of the refund amount).
• Open Box Returns: All returned items that have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions.

Tax:

We charge sales Tax on orders shipping to the following states:

• California: 7.75%

Please note that the sales tax will not reflect in your shopping cart but will be added to your order during processing.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Net terms are also available for eligible customers, and may be paid by check. We also accept wire transfer by request. Why Should I consider Leasing? Advantages of Leasing:

• Leasing provides total financing. Generally no down payments are required, and lessees pay no extraneous tax, delivery, warranty, or other miscellaneous costs. All costs associated with a purchase can be included in the lease, including delivery and installation.
• Leasing conserves working capital. Leasing leaves lines of credit at other financial institutions free for cash-flow purposes, investments, unsecured loans, or unexpected emergencies.
• Leasing overcomes budget limitations. Most companies are hampered by capital budget limitations from time to time. Leasing allows businesses to acquire new equipment with easily affordable rental payments.
• Leasing provides security against equipment obsolescence. Upgrade and trade-in options can easily be added to a lease agreement. In addition, there are no risks of equipment ownership, and lessees will never be required to resell or remarket obsolete equipment.

• Payments are a fixed cost. Monthly lease payments remain the same for the life of the lease, even if interest rates do not.

• It is important to note that the common thread in each of these benefits is flexibility. Lease payments and terms may be structured based on a businesses particular need. Equipment leasing can be an extremely valuable financial tool for growing businesses while staying competitive in today's marketplace.

Shipping:

Orders placed before 4:15pm (PST) Monday through Friday will be shipped out the day they were placed. Orders placed after 4:15pm (PST) Monday through Thursday will be shipped out the next day.  Orders placed after 4:15pm (PST) on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Orders are shipped primarily by UPS, but we may use FedEX, DHL, or USPS at our discretion.  In addition, we may use any available service to ship orders if delivery time is not negatively affected (example: A customer who is located near our warehouse orders an item via 2^nd day shipping, but it is shipped via ground because it will take 2 days or less for the ground package to arrive.) Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped out the following non-holiday business day.

We charge flat rates for domestic orders placed on our website; however, if a shipment is unusually heavy, the charge of shipping may be increased. In the event of a shipping charge increase, the buyer will be contacted first and a shipping price will be negotiated. Please note that some items may be shipped out of different locations, and Ground delivery times may vary. Normal (Domestic) shipping charges are as follows:

The above rates do not apply to international orders. Please call (888)785-4406 when placing an international order to obtain a shipping quote.

Note: A 6% tax will apply to all orders shipped to Canada.

You may provide us with your own shipping account number and designated shipping carrier by calling (888)785-4406.

If your shipment arrives late, you must notify us at (888)785-4406 within 14 days (including non-business days) of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund. Please note that because other factors may play a part in delayed shipments, shipping refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Price Match Policy:

For all Secure Computing branded items sold on our website, we will meet or beat any lower price found on a competitor’s website. The price must be viewable on the competitor’s website. The item must be in stock for the competitor. Any promotions or free items bundled with the price-matched item will not be matched. If we offer a promotional or free item with our product, it will no longer be included if the product is price-matched. In addition, if an item is price-matched, the competitor’s shipping rates must also be matched. Price Matching is only available at the time of purchase and with competitor's that are authorized partners of the manufacturer.

Promotions:

Promotional items include any free items/gifts you receive with your order. Promotional items are only available on certain items, where stated. Promotions may be changed or revoked at any time. Promotional items may be shipped separately from your order via a different carrier and/or different service. Promotional items must be returned if you are returning your order (see return/exchange policy above). Promotional items may not be included if a special price quote is given via phone order. Pricing Errors:

We are not responsible for pricing error on our website. If an order is placed and an item in the order is deemed to have been incorrectly priced, the buyer will be contacted for a price update before the order is processed.

If an order is placed over the phone and special pricing is given, any free item or promotion offered on our website may or may not be included at the phone representative’s discretion.

Information we collect: Customer’s name, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number, and financial information. Customer information is used for processing and shipping orders to the customer. Customer e-mail addresses may be used from time to time for SCDefense.com marketing purposes. All SCDefense.com marketing e-mails offer customers the option to opt-out of all future e-mails. Customer information is securely transmitted over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. Customer information is and will NEVER be shared with nor sold to 3rd parties or anyone else outside of SCDefense.com.
